The room was lovely, pleasant staff. Treatment was exactly what I needed but I did feel like it was incomplete, like there was a major knot not worked out enough

The worst worst worst experience ever!!!
Susanne was so disorganized. She arrived late (wax was cold when I arrived and had to wait for 20 minutes before we could start), she charged me upfront which was ok for me until I realized what I booked and what she charged me for was not available (hot wax instead of strip) so she did strip wax as I only found out after starting. Then she made a right mess - everything was sticky, she was extremely slow and I ended up leaving with hair still on my body!!

Really needed a massage and was able to book this at short notice and for a bargain price. Very good massage and there is free parking on site if you register your car at the hotel reception before heading on to the spa.
