I've been here on multiple occasions and have had a wonderful experience, the therapist is always very welcoming and does an amazing job! Very much recommended!!
Lady was friendly and we had a good chat while I was getting my wax. The wax wasn't the best I had but not the worst - she didn't hold the skin taunt enough so there was a bit of 'tugging' which hurt a bit, also not the most efficient way to get the most hair off. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I realised she'd missed a tonne of hair. Literally all down the sides of the lips the hair was still there. It was supposed to be all off! I had to go buy myself a tub of Veet and fix it myself.
