The therapist took time to address my problem areas and adjusted the pressure depending on how I felt. The knots in my neck feel less tense and overall my muscles are more relaxed. They offer you herbal tea afterwards which was nice and the massage beds are heated. This is a cosy and pleasant spa with staff that are brilliant at what they do, very friendly and attentive.

Great value for money and amazing treatments, I would definitely recommend this beauty spa to everyone. Walking into essential beauty was great; I liked how they decorated the salon and very pampering.
I had a manicure at their golds gym venue. The treatment itself was great and staff friendly and experienced. I hope to go back again and try services at their new location.

The facial was great and I had the eye treatment which was really good. I was then told my eyebrows were going to be tinted as I hardly have any, but I thought it was a freebie as I spent a lot and put up with a lot of noise from workman as they had just moved premises. I was charged for this but was told it would last for my two week holiday, whereas it didn't last a week. I was disappointed and found the room very cramped and didn't get offered a drink.
The premises had just been moved into and there was still a bit of banging going on. The treatment was fine but the room was very cramped. Also I didn't get offered a drink before or after treatment even though I was there for over 2 hours.
