Request for classic lashes wasn’t understood as offered longer lashes at the outside which I accepted as have limited experience with lashes. Didn’t like it but they did offer to fix it. Lasting ok but lashes are falling out without my lashes.

I got russian volume lashes for the first time in a while, although perfectly done I felt they were slightly too full and was v well accommodated by Katie who arranged to fix them at no extra charge make sure I was happy. Would 100% recommend!
