I received a text message to encourage to book again directly through them with the promise of 20% off. So I went a second time and I paid more than the first time… got charged for a 20min session when I only did 15min and didn’t get the discount. I messaged them about it later when I realised the discrepancy and never got an answer (message read). Surprisingly they were replying very fast when I was asking for availability slots… The therapist was really nice however but this left a bittertaste
