Overpriced - on the website the initial cost for Brazilian/g string is around £29 however they made me pay £10 more Always waiting for a long time, they never answer the phone and are not very organised - I had to wait up to 45 mins for my appointment and I couldn’t leave as no one was at the reception and they lock the doors.
