Great apart from an overly rude receptionist. Quite taken aback at how rude she was. I was a bit late but rang beforehand. She then was rude when I was leaving when I explained I had paid online. Ruined the experience for me. The lady who did the treatment was lovely.

I found the staff at Essential Beauty very warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my head, back and shoulder massage a lot - started gentle and increased in pressure as it went on. The pedicure was pleasurable with the relaxing 10 mins with feet wrapped in moisturiser, cling film and slippers with dimmed lights a highlight. I was disappointed with the quality of the polish though, it chipped within a day in several places. Perhaps work doing gel here rather than regular mani / pedi, but nice experience.

nice place, therapeutic massage helped relive my lower back pain, therapist was great. only thing was that phone and door chime was quite disturbing, but overall great experience.
