Staff were really friendly upon arrival. Didn’t have to wait at all. Was was relatively painless and staff member made me feel comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be booking an appointment again. Great value for money.

The treatment was good and I would return to this salon. I paid for a 40 minute massage, however the actual massage only lasted around 32 minutes, so they must include the getting dressed time in the treatment. I have been to this salon numerous times and I always enjoy my treatment, but felt that this one was rushed.

When I arrived the wax pot was not even switched on and they did not have my booking as I was told. The wax treatment was good but they try to charge you extra for areas that should be covered in that treatment for the price you pay.
