Friendly staff, clean and comfortable salon. Wax was fast but thorough and virtually pain free with the hot wax. Would recommend.

Lady decided to have lunch and make me wait. She also demanded £25 for the treatmeant, where I have pre paid online £15 - the full price of the treatment !

I had my first manicure and pedicure at this salon and I absolutely loved it! The therapist was lovely and she did an amazing job with my nails. I was offered tea on arrival which I thought was nice to have during my treatment and the salon smelt great too. There is a huge selection of nail polish shades, I couldn't even decide what to get! Will definitely be going again! Overall, a lovely salon and would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable treatments.
I've been going to Essential beauty kensal rise for a good few years now and just love it. Not only is the interior very pretty, and the therapist are very experienced and clean, I think they have the most comfortable rooms I've ever experienced. Very clean and tidy smells very nice every time I go in.
The therapist are wonderful and really friendly, love the way they treat me when I'm in the salon.
The products they use at the salon are very gentle, and good for all skin types love all the products they use on me eg. Dermalogica and Elemis.
Definitely check them out.
