I had a fantastic gel pedicure. I had heard fantastic recommendations about Essentials from family and friends, I booked in a pedicure and threading. I recommended it to my sister and I also bought a gift voucher!
The team are love what is best is that it is clean and the space is calming. I normally use another threading place in Plumstead which I have used over 10yrs, but now I shall change to Essentials for sure. This is a little bit of serenity in Plumstead.

I would have awarded a high score however, a few things let it down, the lady doing my massage did not introduce herself to me and also she did not ask me about the pressure she was applying. I get massages frequently especially deep tissue and sports massage. I had a couple of tight noughts on my back and instead of manipulating them to release it she just kept rolling over them which was very uncomfortable. I would however go back to the salon and this time and if I get the same lady I would ask her to introduce herself and tell her to manipulate the noghts rather than roll over them.
