Amazing 90 minute treatment. Clean, spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Mica was so calm and listened to exactly what I wanted, applied the perfect pressure. Took my knots and tension away in my body. Felt so sleepy and relaxed afterwards, overall Mica is amazing and highly recommend xx

I don’t know how to put into words how amazing my reflexology session with Mica was. I had no idea what to expect and have genuinely left feeling restored, lighter, rested and I cannot wait for my next appointment. Iv been really struggling with endometriosis flare ups and I’m feeling more positive to have found mica and reflexology. Mica is really knowledgeable and took the time to understand me and the problems I have been having. Thankyou so much mica and see you very soon x

I had a lovely treatment of reflexology and an Indian head massage with neck and shoulder massage. Mica put me at ease straight away and the treatments were both brilliant, I came away feeling totally relaxed and like I’d really been pampered! i’ll definitely be back for more
