The overall experience was quite good, however, the lady did rush with the manicure, it was a bit painful and at the end I had blood running from my cuticle. The good thing about the place: tools were clean. I am not planning to come back.

It really bugs me when you book an appointment through wahanda and the staff dont check so there is a wait while they try to get some one instore to do whatever it is you want done. But once they found the lady that could do my eyebrows she was BRILLIANT. cant fault her
Ladies' Waxing
My skin feels wonderful today and I was worried I was going to be a bit raw as my skin is so sensitive and it felt quite active but really skin was just in a state and the redness and inflamed areas are gone. Thank you.
Classic Facials
I hadn't had a Brazilian in 3 months. It wasn't the fault of the staff, but it really hurt. Luckily, Nicole (the waxer) suggested finishing using hot wax. I hadn't known that hot wax was an option - and it was better after that. Beauty is pain after all.
