This salon was dirty and uninviting but I went after receiving a treatwell discount and it turned out to be one of the best shellac manicures I've had. Very happy with the final product but not sure I'll go back

Staff were 10 minutes late to open the salon which left us waiting in the rain. Lots of nail polish smudged around my nails/fingertips -strangely the staff member told me to “rub it off” and that “it will come off when you wash your hands?!”
I’ve never had such a messy job, was very strange
Eventually I asked a different staff member to clean it off properly which he did and it looked fine after that
Salon wasn’t particularly clean and there was a big pile of dirty towels on one of the pedicure chairs- yuck
General demeanour of the staff was not very friendly, borderline rude.
They don’t take card and I didn’t have cash on me, another unwanted surprise
No music or ambience at all, not a very pampering or enjoyable experience!
