I got to venue and was told the beautician was on holiday till April. Luckily someone else could do the waxing. However they didn't check their system and I had to show them what I had booked. They also spoke in their own language, which made me self conscious. Towels and room was dirty and dusty. Cheap, but would rather pay more for better service.

Overall not a bad nail extensions, but not neat enough and three layers of nail polish was clearly not enough to see the colour. The place itself is quite dirty, not sure if the manicure tools are being sterilised at all. My experience is not worth the money paid, at least because I’ve been worried of how not to catch any disease from there. Would recommend to look more or pay extra at a different place with more satisfactory conditions.
