The place was dirty and the manager in charge she was very rude .
Please don’t go for the laser hair remuval .. my experience was terrible .

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TREATWELL. I booked a Hollywood wax three days in advance. It wasn’t until the day of, less than an hour before, as I was traveling there, that I got an email canceling. I didn’t see the email. I arrived at the tube station, called for directions, and then was told over the phone that it was canceled because she was fully booked. There’s apparently only one person working there? I then tried to book again, the day before. I show up the next day and get turned away again because apparently she didn’t know I had booked. Maybe the service is good. I don’t know, because I was turned away twice even thought I thought I had made legitimate bookings. Terrible service.

The beautician was warm and welcoming, I felt right at ease and could see she did all she could to accommodate for my needs. This was my first time ever waxing and to go straight for a Hollywood was a big risk, but the treatment was efficient and as comfortable as possible. Definitely going again.
