I booked a facial on Treatwell. 10 minutes before the appointment time I was called and told that the Treatwell app showed availability when there was none. I did not want to reschedule and was told that I needed to cancel the appointment through Treatwell. I was concerned that I would not be refunded if I cancelled through my end. I was reassured that I would get a full refund. I was forced to cancel the appointment and was charged. I have not received a refund and no assistance.
