When I arrived at the Salon I was welcomed, staff was very friendly. Initially I booked Merve however, she was not available therefore, Rukiye done my facial. Rukiye was really friendly and professional, she completed my facial and ensured I was comfortable throughout the facial. Rukiye was very informative and she gave me really good advise; and ensured my home routine was good. Rukiye was excellent! I left with glowing skin. I am very satisfied and pre-booked my next facial treatment.

Didn’t feel welcomed when I visited. The treatment was okay but could get better at a cheaper price. The therapist didn’t provide me with a mirror to look at my results and acted disappointed when I said I was not ready to book another session - how can I rebook when I have not seen the results yet? Had high hopes for this treatment but wish I went elsewhere unfortunately
