The venue is cosy and clean and the ladies are kind, but unfortunately the lady that did my treatment didn't explain anything to me despite knowing that it was the first time both in that centre and doing electrolysis. She didn't explain me the procedure (which thankfully I knew through the Internet, so I was prepared for the pain), potential side effects nor the aftercare. She did answer my questions, but very briefly. Overall, I don't feel confident in going back to the place
