Poor atmosphere - silence no radio Manicurist didn’t say a word Manicure is substandard - I could have done better myself Pedicure was poor and rushed No selection of colours All around very poor experience

Unfortunately the manicure took 1hr 20minutes which isn’t acceptable and not only that my cuticles were filed and the gel is a mess. Not happy at all. Ideally would like a refund but I ran out of time.
