Really great experience. Really nice lady did my Brazilian and a different rly nice lady did my legs. Both super lovely & the perfect level of chatty. Waxes were great too
No problems with waxing in this venue and the ladies that do that are v good and really friendly, but the lash lift I got wasn’t amazing compared to others I have had and the overall experience was stressful and uncomfortable. The results were okay, a bit disappointing and uneven but not awful, but the treatment took so much longer than it should’ve because the little pads they put under your eyes weren’t sticking to me - I’ve never had this problem at other salons so presumably they just weren’t good quality. She then tried to sellotape them to my face to get them to stick! Not only did this not work but it was extremely uncomfortable. She also didn’t check if I was comfortable throughout doing this and overall said very little. She then wiped my under eyes to get some new pads to stick, and she used a wax removal liquid without consulting me and given that I have sensitive skin I wasn’t happy about that. The treatment itself was fine, but she also wasn’t amazing at applying the various tints and liquids so that it got in my eye and she had to remove it early. She also accidentally removed one of the parts earlier than she should’ve.
The place was so clean and Tyesha who did my fully body wax was so warm and welcoming, she was good at distracting from pain and was very professional and make me feel comfortable. I will defo be coming back again.
