Backwards. Will gaslight you to believe your wax was painful because your hair was long when in fact the wax was left too long after application, got cold and harder on skin. Will even make derogatory remarks e.g about skin colour

A lovely massage, really relaxing I felt so comfortable and at ease. After my massage my back felt pain free. Riffat was very nice and a really good masseuse
