Estelle made me feel v comfortable, esp as I haven't had a wax for a long time/ it is v intimate, was lovely to chat to and she is incredibly thorough.
Room is nice and relaxing but in a strange building (hence I didn't realise she was there for years!) that can't get into.
A few hairs missed and she didn't do much of the upper thighs that I requested but still considerably more than other places I have used!! No after care advice but she knew I was in a rush.
Would use again & recommend 100%
