Accessed through the shop below - venue has white walls and white furnishings. It's unscented and uninviting. Clinical look, okay for cosmetic treatments (in my opinion) but for body treatments (massages etc;) room needs to be: moodlit, aromatic (scented) and warm. I did not feel exfoliated during or after body exfoliating session. Body massage was okay, l wasn't asked about pressure requirement. Owing to proximity l could use again. However previous experience of both treatments, much better.
