Never been to the place, first time. Place seems nice, employees are nice. BUT hot wax was not proper, it kept breaking into tiny pieces, which are still all over my personal parts. After showering, I noticed I still got hair! Hollywood waxing includes bikini line and inner labia, which are still full of hair. very disappointing

Should be explained online that you need almost 30 minutes to fill in documents before starting the treatment
Currently doing LPG with Ludmila and I can clearly see the results. She’s lovely and knowledgeable.

Ludmilla was fantastic - very professional, I was a bit nervous and she kept checking in to see that I was comfortable and explained the process. Will go back and would recommend
