The place is fairly modest but the staff is very nice. At the time it was a bit noisy and there wasn't a particular welcoming ambience, but the lady nicely approached me offering a mix of warm and got wax ( despite my purchase) to let me try both technics and compare results. I really appreciate. She was a good chat and very professional too. I will be back.

Staff was super friendly, however my wax took way too long. It took over an hour and she switched between hard wax and strips. The wax was also way too hot and slightly burned me. She was very intricate in conducting the wax but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Staff was nice but I will not be back.
