The lady was so sweet and I felt very comfortable around her. The wax overall was very painful and the day after I had blotchy marks on my thigh were it had caused a rash.

After having had a Brazilian wax here I have been left in excruciating pain. The room we were in was no bigger than a cupboard and as a result the lady did not have space to do a proper job, failed to pull my skin tight enough and has caused real damage. I have extensive bruising and torn skin that is making it painful to walk and sit down. She also had the audacity to state that the bruising had already been there when I arrived (believe me, I would have noticed) rather than 'fess up and apologise.
Please do not use this salon for intimate waxing!!!
