My overall experience here was relatively alright. I had 2 treatments: 1 shampoo and steam, followed by knotless braids.
For the shampoo part, I felt like my scalp was not clean. When I asked the lady washing my hair to clean it thoughtfully, she said she did and proceeded to rinse my hair, and that was it.
For the braid part, a senior stylist supported her so my experience was a lot better than the shampoo one.
My hair looks ok even though my scalp is itchy, I guess I will see how it goes.
