I’m not a specialist - but the hot wax used Seemed very cheap and “thin” almost like strip wax. It was not easy to grip. So when pulling it off it was far more painful than usual. The hot wax was not allowed to cool properly before removal - leading to failed attempts. I felt rushed.

The place itself is a little shabby but the staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable

The beautician used a combination of strip wax and hot wax for my bikini line which was good. Alem was very nice and made you feel at ease. Great price too - I would recommend.
