I booked a Hollywood waxing a week ago and I found the staff very friendly. The lady was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. I had to do my nails and pedicure as well somewhere else but I decided to stay and do it there and the guy who did my nails was also very good as well as the eyebrows lady!! I would definitely go back!

I had a wax here not too long ago. Alem was lovely and really friendly however there is room for improvement. I’ve had many waxes over the years and found this one to be painful. It took about 40mins and there were still lines of hair leftover once I checked later. The price was cheaper than most places but I’d rather pay more for a better experience.
Very sweet therapist, very quick and painfree. Could have been a tiny bit more thorough.
