Hello. I had a wax on Thursday this week initially it was fine then the I told the lady the wax was too hot and it really hurt and she went over the same place twice. At the end she went to put cream on and I told her to take it off straight away as it stung. The skin in that area was extremely red so she put something else on it. Again it stung straight away and had to come off. It then stayed red for about 48 hours and is now blistered. I have been putting on aloe Vera but it’s very clear I have been burnt. I can send photos if you would like.
The lady that did my Hollywood was excellent and attentive. Spoke to me throughout and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Will definitely be going back.
One of the best waxing experiences I have had. I had full leg, Hollywood and underarm wax pre holiday! Alem is SO lovely, made me feel very welcome & comfortable. I can always tell when they don’t use cheap wax but good quality products because it doesn’t hurt! And smelt lovely. Because of the hot weather I hadn’t left my hairs grow as long as I should (naughty me) but Alem worked really hard to get rid of even the short ones. I am holiday ready and really pleased. Super value.100% recommend. Will definitely be going back. Have found my wax lady now 😄
