Good Experience overall. Nevin is very friendly and helps to make you feel relaxed. She allows you select the music you want to listen to and offers water/tea. She explained the process throughly so I understood what I was getting and how it works. She also explained other services on offer. The facility is neat,clean and has good asthetics. So yes, I am satisfied with the service and will definitely book future appointments.

This was NOT a Hydrafacial. Please be mindful when booking. Hydrafacial is a trademarked treatment which I have had several times. They are not accredited and I’ve complained to Treatwell who are simply not interested. The facial was bizarre, using all sorts of electronic gimmicky tools that the therapist didn’t know how to use properly.

This treatment is falsely advertised as a hydra facial and uses the patented description of a trademarked treatment. This is not what is being given here, they do not have the proper machine and in my opinion is grossly overpriced. The are lots of contraptions used in the facial and I left extremely dissatisfied before the treatment ended. I do no recommend this location for any kind of treatments, in future I will stick with a reputable location. I only chose this clinic because of the location
