We arrived to only be told our appointment was later than confirmed, We were then told that the patch test we were told to have is for a different product and they use another one. The Manager when we she came did sort it out and refund the money, plus had a gel manicure on the house. Had the manager not sorted this out for us, it would have left a bad taste, but she was brilliant

This was my 1st visit to Eternal Youth.
I booked a 40 min Indian head massage and had a very relaxing experience. The staff were very warming and friendly. The room for my treatment was nice with relaxation music playing. I will be looking to book other beauty treatments here.
