Terrible service. I had a confirmed booking which then was suddenly changed an hour later to another date without any confirmation from me. I got an email which had another date so I tried to call the salon around 4 times with no answer. No follow up to either of the 2 bookings i "missed" either.
If they wanted to close early for Bank Holiday, that's fine, but call me to rearrange.. not just change my booking without telling me.
