Great experience - efficient and good communication

I came here for a style before my graduation, after washing my hair the stylist blew dried it for over 30+ minutes (I have fine thin hair so this didn’t make sense to me). She used a significant amount of heat in my hair and it took 90 minutes to add a few curls in that she pinned up with Bobby pins and told me to take o ur before my event. When I did I cried, my hair looked so bad and ratty and this was not a cheap visit. I had to rush and redo my hair 10 minutes prior. Would not recommend.

Great dry haircut. Exactly the length I asked for and great to maintain short hair without having to pay a lot for a haircut each time.

I walked in with a disaster situation of severely broken, damaged, over-processed hair and was counselled away from the Japanese straightening (it would make things worse) to having Keratin straightening instead- so far, so perfect! My hair looks and feels a million times better:)

Terrible service. The salon is closed on bank holidays but the Treatwell app allowed me to book an appointment anyway,I received a email confirmation and a reminder two days before.When I got there I called the salon and the lady was beyond rude and treated me like I should know they were closed on a bank holiday. The customer service is zero
