The leg wax was good but had lots of wax left on me which had stuck to the blue paper making it hard to get off. The underarm wax wasn’t good and lots of hairs left over. Post leaving the salon, I got accused of not paying which was ridiculous and rude, especially as I had sent the payment confirmation as proof that I had paid for both waxes. No apology was given and more messages were sent still accusing me of not paying. I will not return as this was a terrible experience for a place that I previously liked.
