I had a lovely experience, the staff were friendly and attentive.
My hair looks healthy and well treated.
My friends have compliment on how good my hair looks.
I would definitely go back and I will also recommend the Salon to my friends.

I booked an appointment at Etnika Hair Salon to have weave done to my hair with partial leave out. I arrived early however was properly seen a whole hour after my booked time, first problem. Everyone was lovely but I was on a tight schedule. The stylist didn't seem to know what I wanted and I had to google my hairstyle. My hair was braided well however considering they had washed my hair, my scalp was greased at the front and that's it, making my scalp dry. Before arriving at my appointment I checked the website and they said the hair style would take an hour however I arrived at 10 and left at 2:40. After all of this my hair was sewn before the hair was applied which was extremely tight and even though I said several times it hurt I wasn't listened too. The hair was then sewn and my hair was straightened, at the end the stylist told me that my style was missing a part of hair but that it would be fine if I positioned my leave out correctly however I had an extra bundle which I'm not sure why she didn't ask to use that. My leave out wasn't enough making the problem even worse and since getting my hair done, I've had to take a part out, some has come loose and my tracks from the weave is blatantly showing. I definitely wouldn't go back and if I could would request a refund but they don't allow it but my hairstyle is horrible and embarrassing and to make matters worse I was charged an extra £10 and I'm not even sure why.

Brilliant! She knew exactly how to handle my hair which was one of my main worries as I always have to go to an Afro hairdresser. I am still in awe at how soft and healthy my hair is!
Will make this my regular hairdresser from now on as I am delighted with the results!
