Tristan was AMAZING. He educated me on good products to get online, he made me feel super comfortable, great playlist, great chat and genuine. He showed me blowdrying tips too and I’m OBSESSED with the colour he did an amazing job (I have already booked back in with him!).
Went for a blowdry and Tristan was super nice and chatty. However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the salon; all the brushes he used on me had not been cleaned as they were full of other women's hair. Also, he only remembered to wear his face shield 20 minutes into the appointment. He did give me a really pretty blowdry and used loads of hairspray, but still, a couple of hours after I left the curls were completely gone, whereas normally a blowdry would last me for a couple of days.
Unfortunately I didn't have a nice experience here. I didn't feel welcomed, I was hardly acknowledged, tried speaking to Lee-Ann, but she wasn't interested, I felt like she was in a bad mood the whole treatment. It may be because I was a Treatwell client, and I know the salon don't get the full price but every client should be treated the same. Masks were worn but everyone that walked in, wasn't given sanitiser or told to wash their hands. My hair is lovely, but great customer service is vital
