Was having a root tint done, second time at this salon and the last time i absolutely loved the colour, exactly what i wanted. Asked for ashy colour again this time but its orange, really awful!! Contacted the salon about it and was told to go in at 9am monday for them to fix it, arrived at 8.55 waited till 9.45 but nobody even opened the salon so went home. I then called and they denied all knowledge of this appt even though i had recieved a reminder text and email the previous day,

My apple ointment was rescheduled 15 mins before it was due to start. I arrived at the rescheduled time and the shop was shut. Laurie didn’t arrive for another 15 mins. There was little apology or communication. She spent the whole time talking to her friend, and left my nails soaking, without telling me where she was going or for how long, to do her friends appointment, and spent ages talking about how she thought she had COVID. wasn’t very comforting
