Received a text on the morning of my booking with less than 15 minutes notice stating that the hair stylist had not ‘made it to work’ and that there was no-one else to take the appointment. Furious as due to the short notice I was already nearly at the salon. Awful service, would not recommend or book again.

I’ve never really had a great experience at a hairdressers except from when I went here. It’s usually nothing special but Tristan was so lovely and pretty much complimented me the whole time I sat in the chair, I felt like a princess. He is so kind and the whole salon felt so relaxed. Will definitely be a regular. I recommend this place to everyone!
