I had my balayage done last week which was terrible and didn’t even look like a balayage (one of the other hairdressers agreed that my hair was shocking). I ended up with orange hair, I don’t know what happened but I assume this was because of the bleach or my hair was not toned correctly. The lighting in the salon is poor so my hair didn’t look orange when it was done, it was only when I saw my hair in daylight I realised. I had this fixed today at the salon, however my hair is ruined and not the way I’ve wanted it all which is disappointing after paying £70 for a balayage. I also felt that my hair was rushed both times. The salon also does not have a friendly atmosphere in general and is not clean with hair etc lying everywhere. I would definitely not recommend Etre Belle and I will certainly not be back.

Caitlyn was lovely and took her time reshaping my eyebrows and making sure they looked perfect. She was very friendly and did a great job on my unruly brows - love the overall result.
