I left the salon with bumpy nails that were not even in length or shape. Some don’t even cover the full nail! My cuticles are in agony and all bruised/scabby where they were pushed back but not filed/cut correctly. They don’t put nail polish over the nails so i was left with an alright colour but it has glitter in sporadic places where there must have been residue on the brush or in the pot. 2 of my nails are already lifting after a day and they feel very heavy.

It was my first time in the salon and loved it. Tristan was great - super chatty and felt like he was my personal hype man! He talked me through new styling techniques to try which I really appreciate. I left smiling and loving my new haircut, couldn't have asked for more x

Tristan did my hair, and did a gorgeous balyage on my hair that I am so, so happy with. Tristan completely transformed my hair and made it look more fresh than ever, and gave great advice before I made the decision to dye it. He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, and the salon experience was very warm and happy. I have never experienced such friendliness and such a great atmosphere in a salon and I can’t wait to go back!
