I arrived on time, but i was taken 25minutes late. the staff barely acknowledged me and just stood moaning about the treatwell app. it left me feeling like a 2nd class citizen, that it was my fault to use the app. my treatment was fine but I could tell that my appointment was a nuisance. overall not a good experience and I wouldn't return.
Eyebrow Waxing
Jade and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Fast, friendly and efficient. It was my daughter's first spray tan and her birthday. Jade put her at ease and chatted away, they also wished her a happy birthday which was lovely. We'll def be back for other treatments.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
So pleased with the result of lash lift. Felt environment treatment was could have been better but overall happy with treatment and staff member doing treatment was welcoming
