I experienced disappointing service at this venue, as the therapist made a mistake with cutting my hair (it was cut unevenly). When I returned to have it rectified (with an appointment), I was made to wait for 45 minutes while she finished with the previous client at a very leisurely pace without an apology. When I was finally taken in she insisted she did not see an issue with the length, despite my having confirmed with 3 different people that it was definitely uneven before booking a follow-up appointment. She eventually evened my hair out, but I certainly will not be booking a return visit and would not recommend.

Had a 45 minute treatment booked and after ten minutes it was over. Definitely felt very rushed and like the therapist just wanted to get home for the day. Felt very uncomfortable the whole time
