Overall a mediocre experience. The staff were friendly enough, however the salon smelt very strongly of chemicals and with no windows/ ventilation, it was overpowering for time I was there. The balayage was fine, but no real direction was given regarding colour recommendations for my particular hair which would have been useful since I was new to the treatment.
