Very friendly salon and great staff! Very impressed by the outcome- looks so natural and she managed to achieve the effect I wanted despite the fact I couldn’t articulate to her what it was! Will definitely be back

Tessa was incredibly nice, she listened to what I wanted and made sure that at all times I was happy with the process and result.

Overall a mediocre experience. The staff were friendly enough, however the salon smelt very strongly of chemicals and with no windows/ ventilation, it was overpowering for time I was there. The balayage was fine, but no real direction was given regarding colour recommendations for my particular hair which would have been useful since I was new to the treatment.
