Booked a hair appointment for my mum, she was super nervous since this is only her second professional cut in around 40 years, she tends not to go to hairdressers because she gets very anxious. Steph, however, made her feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. My mum absolutely loves her cut and is so grateful to steph for the good job she did but also for making her feel so at ease, it really helped her anxiety around the haircut too! She will definitely be back! Thank you!

My biab nails feel super strong and Amber was lovely to chat to! Only thing is I wish there was more time to the appt to finish the nail art I had in mind. While it was a simple lowkey style, i appreciate it still wasn’t easy to achieve under pressure of timed appointments x. For me, I felt extra pressure to choose a style I hadn’t planned because another client was waiting. Next time I see Amber I’ll defo ask to budget a tiny bit extra time so she’s not stressed about finishing touches lol! xx
