Had to wait 20 minutes pas appointment time. Trim but no layers I asked for, didn't feel comfortable to ask again as was bombarded by personal stories from hairdresser. Maybe for okay for some, but not my vibe for where I would get my hair cut again.

I usually have my hair done by Leanne, but I got Laurie to do my highlights & cut yesterday and I am over the moon with the result, it was exactly what I asked for, I am delighted and will always recommend Etre Belle to my friends and family.
