i went to the shop and the girl wasn’t there got told she never showed up for the last girl as well and still haven’t received a refund would like a full £40 refund

The poor therapist doing my nails, was left on her own in the salon and was clearly stressed and anxious. It was a terrible experience and I had to calm the therapist down as she phoned the owner several times looking for advice on how to complete the treatment I had booked for. I blame the owner for accepting bookings when she was fully aware that she did not the staff able to complete the task. I settled on a basic (bad) french manicure instead of the nail art I wanted. I will not be back
