Visited Ruth at Ets beauty rooms for the first time today and enjoyed having my manicure and gel nails done. Ruth is both professional and personable, she took her time, paying care and attention to the treatment, at the same time we had a lovely chat. I’m really pleased with the way my nails look and would recommend Ets Beauty Rooms if you’re looking to have your nails done any time soon.

The worst experience EVER.I was meant to have a full body wax.went home with only my legs and arms done as the lady said that her next appt is overdue and she was in a serious rush.As soon as I left the salon and looked at my armpits I got shocked.They were literally bleeding.I wish I could attach a pic. today it’s the third day and the pain is still there.I have booked and appointment with a dermatologist as I am scared that some serious damage was caused to my armpits.I wish I could write more
