Sharmaine was lovely and worked wonders on my back, I will definitely return for another massage soon. The other staff were friendly but busy with their own clients so didn't engage too much. Your typical relaxation music was being played which was lovely during the massage but the hairdressers conversations could still be heard. Only a slight niggle but this is why I gave a mid score for ambience.
