Nice ambiance. There was only one staff member working when I was there. A bit of a communication challenge as she did not speak fluent english. I asked for light brown highlights and my roots to be coloured and I ended up with blue highlights. Hairdresser didn't even acknowledge the error. I told her it wasn't the colour we agreed on (obviously!!) and she told me to "live with it for 2 weeks" and see if it gets better. Not acceptable. I wrote a note to the owner and have not received a reply. I should not have been charged for the hair colouring! The positives are that the hair cut was good and she worked really fast.

I don't even know where to start on how awful my hair cut from euphoria was. I had long hair and just wanted to add some layers to the front of my hair to frame my face. I explained this to the hairdresser said I didn't want anything off the length. I have walked out with hair at least 3 inches shorted, ridiculous and uneven feathering in the front ( Which I didn't ask for) and big chucks missing from the side and back. It's honestly the worst hair cut I've ever had, it left me in tears. I have spent three years growing my hair , just for one lady to butcher it in 10 minutes. Honestly I was in the salon for less then 10 minutes, although the website said it should take around 40 minutes. My husband says my hair looks like when he tries to cut the dogs hair. I'm absolutely gutted. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Beautiful job, loved it. Aneta is a real professional, she is also pleasant to deal with and has a good sense of humor. Would recommend and will be back soon.
