Awful experience arrived at my appointment was firstly asked if can wait in an hour i said no as had other plans was then taken to the basin for my hair to be washed stylist did not listen to what i wanted in fact did the opposite i said i was growing out my layers so didn't want then cut so she cut in more very short layers didn't speak or try to make any conversation and i left with damp hair looking awful as wasn't blowdryed correctly so left with damp frizzy hair and very short layers despite vasking for my layers not to be touched. Awful

I booked this and when I arrived there was no where to pay via card and although the staff were lovely I paid £19 for the cut as advertised and they went outside of what was agreed in order (washed and blow dried it) then charged me.
I paid as I was confused how this site works but left feeling a little cheated.

Zofia listened carefully to what I wanted and looked at photos with me before cutting my hair, which was very reassuring. She then gave me a great haircut, exceeding the half hour booked in order to get evenl the smallest details exactly right. Excellent attention and value. From now on, this is where I shall be going.
