It was my 1st visit and I was made welcome and given a nice cup of tea. I made quite a few requests for my treatment and all were met. I liked my haircut and my family agreed it looks good - better than some more expensive places I have been to in the past. Thanks Euphoria - a great experience, a good cut and wonderful value.
Treated myself & daughter to a wash, cut & blowdry, and Heni took wonderful care of us. Daughter had a lovely trim & poker straight blowdry which she loved. My frizzy hair is a nightmare. I walked in looking like Chewbacca's missus on a bad hair day, and was surprised & delighted to depart looking like a hot Dawn French! On top of Heni's artistry with the scissors, the amazing blues soundtrack relaxed, invigorated, and set us up chock full of sass for the rest of the day. 10/10 would return & recommend, but a solid 12/10 if they keep the blues tunes!
I got a call 5mins before my appointment to say there was no beauty therapist so my appointment was cancelled and didnât even offer to reschedule! So rude!
